So today was the first day of the Spring semester at the community college. And after taking the Fall semester off, I did not want to go back. But here I go again, slowly pluggin along.
I am taking my last 3 pre-requisites, and then I wait.
The good news is, here is my classroom for all my classes:
Doesn't it look so....comfy?
Well just after this morning, with my 7am chat session, I think I've had a little eye opener. Online classes may be harder than I thought. YIKES!
Wish me luck.
I'll keep you updated on if I end up dropping one of my classes.

This will all pay off some day ... so good luck! There will be no talk of dropping classes .... you can do it!
I think it is wonderful that you keep plugging away with school. There is something to be said about balancing home life with schooling at the same time. Good luck, I am proud of you. Maybe one day I'll get there.
Good luck Lady! You will do great!
Way to go!!!! You are setting a great example. I love the picture of your house in the snow! Beautiful!!
I agree with Becky, I think there is something to be said for showing your kids that you can do it too.
Thanks for the pic, I think..... if that is the best picture of me you have then that's sad! Although, you were the only one who answered the call for help, thanks for trying! That picture of The guys is super funny!!!
Good Luck Marinda Sue. I am very proud of you, and love you for everything you do. See you in June.
I have heard that online classes are hard! Good luck! I like that you can stay in your PJ's and bed to take the courses. Are you going on the waiting list at SLCC for nursing? Just so you know, their program is way more intense than the U's program. My sister and I compared them, but... you do get more clinical experience at SLCC and I am sure you learn more. Learning is good. Good luck with everything!
I too underestimated online classes..in lots of ways they are harder than regular classes in my opinion. Instead of raising your hand and giving a response in class, you've got to type out a coherent paragraph in response to every assignment! Good Luck I know you can do it!
I sure am proud of you!
You're crazy. That's why we love you
Good Luck with the new classes! At least you can be somewhat comfy while you study.
